I want to play longer after my time

The system is automated to shut off if there is no booking. In order to keep playing, re-book online or contact 416-399-5057
Do you have rental clubs:

We have a right hand beginner set of clubs for rentals at $7/hour
I didn’t receive confirmation/access key what did I do

How do I cancel my booking:

Cancellation is 48 hours before start of play for cancellation request please contact info@onebaygolf.ca
How many days in advance can you book

You can book 14 days in advance
Do you have balls and tees?

Each bay has balls and tees. Please check underneath the screen for balls and tees if they are missing.
Do you serve alcohol?

Not at the moment however we can in the process of renovations
Do you have staff?

Not currently at the moment we are an unstaffed facility please contact info@onebaygolf.ca or call 416-399-5057 for support
The software froze

If this happens treat it as any other software and exit the program and relaunch. If you are not sure how to do please contact 416-399-5057 or info@onebaygolf.ca and we will do for you
